Ready-made pie crusts<br>\u25cf Sheep cheese about 300 gr. plus or minus (can be anything but it&#8217;s better for me for meat things)<br>\u25cf For coating:<br>22 tablespoons soft flour<br>4 (small) cups of milk<br>2 (small) cups of oil<br>2\/3 eggs<br>Half a packet of yeast<br>A little sugar and salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In chopped or dry yeast, add a little lukewarm water, sugar and salt. When the yeast rises, mix it with the eggs, flour, milk and butter.<br>I mix this with a mixer or in Nutri Bullet so that there are no lumps. The liquid should be as thick as pancakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation:<br>\u25cf Take one crust, coat it with the prepared liquid, put the second one on it, also coat it and put the cheese (previously crushed).<br>(Some people put filling on the third crust, but this way I get thinner)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you are done with the cheese, roll them up and arrange them on a greased baking tray or on baking paper one by one, or you can turn them like a pastry, it is your choice. After you are done with all the same procedure, they are nicely coated with the rest of the coating (I push them abundantly) I put sesame and that&#8217;s it \ud83d\ude0a<br>Bake at 180 \u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients needed:\u25cf 500 gr.
