{"id":48,"date":"2022-04-25T15:55:13","date_gmt":"2022-04-25T15:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/womenscorner.space\/?p=48"},"modified":"2022-04-25T16:22:39","modified_gmt":"2022-04-25T16:22:39","slug":"closed-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/womenscorner.space\/index.php\/2022\/04\/25\/closed-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Closed pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredients needed:<br>250 grams of flour<br>120 ml. lukewarm water<br>3-4 tablespoons olive oil<br>1\/2 teaspoon salt<br>1 teaspoon sugar<br>1 sachet of dry yeast<br>For the filling: (of my choice)<br>I put ketchup (tomato puree) 100 ml.<br>Pieces of pechenitsa about 10 thinly chopped<br>70 gr. grated yellow ice cream<br>Feta cheese or mozzarella on occasion<br>80 gr. Blue cheese<br>Oregano<br>(You can also add olives, mushrooms, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knead the dough from the first ingredients and leave it at room temperature for about 1 hour.<br>Then roll out a rectangular shape and coat it with ketchup, arrange all the other ingredients and finally the oregano.<br>Roll it carefully like a roll and place it in a pan lined with parchment paper.
