Potatoes (about 3 medium sized potatoes)<br>\ud83d\udc9b 4 egg yolks<br>\ud83d\udc9b1 fresh yeast<br>\ud83d\udc9b 200 gr. warm milk<br>\ud83d\udc9b 100 gr. Margarine<br>\ud83d\udc9b1 teaspoon of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the filling:<br>You can fill them with whatever you want, I specifically put them for the occasion<br>\ud83e\udde1Grated salami<br>\ud83e\udde1 Grated cheese<br>\ud83e\udde1 Grated pickles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 For the upper part:<br>\ud83e\udd0d 4 egg whites<br>\ud83e\udd0d200 g breadcrumbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First you boil the potatoes. When they are ready, mash them with a fork.<br>You add margarine and salt to the potatoes and mix everything well.<br>Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and wait for about 5 minutes.<br>Put the flour in another bowl and add all the ingredients gradually.<br>(The egg yolks, milk with yeast and potatoes)<br>You knead a soft dough that does not stick. If necessary, you can add a little more flour, although I didn&#8217;t need it, it was enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You cut the crust not very thin and cut rectangles. (See right in pictures)<br>You put filling as desired and close them first from the top so that the filling does not leak out, then roll them like a roll.<br>PS Feel free to press the filling and form the piroshki with your hands so that the sides meet.<br>Arrange them in a greased tray and repeat the procedure with all of them in the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then dip them in egg white and then in breadcrumbs and fry them in heated oil on both sides until they become golden \ud83d\ude0a<br>They don&#8217;t take much time and you can fry more at once if you have a bigger pot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2763This dose makes a whole tray of piroshki, if you feel like it, make half a dose.<br>\u2763I suggest that you heat the cooking oil first and then reduce it so that you burn me
