Sweet roses

Today I will share a recipe for these wonderful sweet roses.
They are so beautiful and decorative in appearance that I could only look at them and paint them in any variant ๐ŸŒน

Required products:
๐ŸŒน1 plate puff pastry 500g.
๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ2 red apples (medium size)
ะั€Marmalade (I put apricots and berries)
Powdered sugar for decoration

Because I bought the dough frozen I waited for it to thaw nicely (you have frozen dough in all major markets)
I washed the apples well and cut them in half, I carved the middle of the seeds with a knife and chopped crescents as thin as you can (for better folding)
So I put the chopped apple leaves in a bowl of cold water and squeezed a lemon to stand for about 2 minutes. After that they are put on a cloth to drain nicely.
Knead the dough from above with a little flour and roll it horizontally and vertically in approximate dimensions 25 ร— 40.
Then move horizontally strips 6 cm wide. I lost 6 strips of this puff pastry.

Coat each strip with marmalade (of your choice) from the top of the strip, and from the bottom line the apple leaves. Close them from the top (From the marmalade to the leaves)
And you start rolling them like a roll and get the shape of a rose.
Repeat the same procedure with the other 5 strips.
Take a muffin tin (medium size), coat it nicely with butter or oil and flour it. Carefully place the roses in them.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ยฐ for about half an hour. After it cools down a bit, decorate with powdered sugar. ๐ŸŒน

PUMPKIN CREAM SOUP

It is time for something very tasty and healthy for this time of year. I suggest you try a new way to eat pumpkin that is rich in vitamins that we need in this period to order our immunity. โœ…

PUMPKIN CREAM SOUP
(One of my favorites)

We need:
1.5 kg of pumpkin
1-2 medium potatoes
1 medium parsnip
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
A little salt and pepper.

Preparation:

The pumpkin is cleaned, washed well, chopped into larger cubes together with the potatoes, parsnips, onions can be chopped into larger pieces and everything is placed in a pot to boil. (I do not put any spices in that water)

Boil briefly until soft, check with a fork.
Put the pieces in Nutri Bulet on @ topshop.mk or a hand blender, but be careful first put the pumpkin pieces and other vegetables with not much water so that you do not run out of liquid soup because the pumpkin itself contains water from boiling.
(If you fail to blend the mixture once, you can mix it twice)

Return the blended cream soup to another clean pot and save the boiled water. Boil it at a medium temperature, add a little olive oil, pepper, Himalayan salt and half a teaspoon of turmeric. If it is thick, you can add it from the boiled water.

Serve it with pumpkin seeds and sour cream sauce (I mixed a little sour cream together with the water that boiled the pumpkin) and you are free and only with sour cream ๐Ÿ˜Š

Coconut cookies

So I must admit that this is one of the most beautiful sweet pleasures for me, and now I will reveal their recipe. They are delicious and as beautiful as they look ๐Ÿ’ฏ

โ— Required ingredients:

500 ml. milk ๐Ÿฅ›
100 gr. Coconut Gj
250 gr. Powdered sugar Lj
1 margarine Crystal Gj
6-8 packets of crushed fruit jaf ๐Ÿช
2 vanilla puddings ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฎ

Preparation:

Take a little of 1/2 milk to dissolve the puddings, bring the rest to a boil, when it is well mixed, the powder is added to the milk and boiled together with constant stirring.

  • (I did not put sugar as I basically cook pudding, I will explain why).
    Put the cooked pudding in the fridge to cool faster. Meanwhile, mix the margarine with the powdered sugar with a mixer.
    After the pudding has cooled well (it must be completely cold for the baked goods to stick better), add the whipped mixture of margarine + powdered sugar and mix well.
    Thus the mixture is ready ๐Ÿ‘Œ
    We take one side of the fringe from the part of the biscuit and we put almost one spoon from the filling +/- we take the other one and we cover it like a sandwich and we spread it on the sides with coconut. We repeat the procedure with everyone else. Leave them in the fridge as they stand so they are more beautiful ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Vitamin Soup

Despite all the cakes, pies, pies and irresistible temptations to turn to a healthier variant, I think we all need it.
As a habit, whatever I prepare for lunch, every second day we have vitamin soup as an appetizer. Sometimes I make it like a cream soup, sometimes ordinary.

For this vitamin bomb I will reveal a secret that you may not know. โฌ‡๏ธ โฌ‡๏ธ

We need:
๐Ÿฅ•2 carrots
๐Ÿฅ”1 potato
๐Ÿฅ—1 ะฟะฐัˆะบะฐะฝะฐั‚
๐Ÿฅ—1 celery root chopped to the size of a palm
๐Ÿฅ—2 sticks of celery.
๐Ÿฅฃ1 palm millet or quinoa
๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅฆ A few sprigs of cauliflower and broccoli (occasionally optional)

Preparation:
Grate the carrots and parsnips, put the potatoes, celery and sticks in the chopper on @ delimano.mk to chop them well, but not too finely!
We put all the vegetables in a pot and fry them with a little olive oil and season with vegeta natural on @ podravka.makedonija (I use it non-stop because there are no preservatives or additives) and black pepper.

They are briefly fried, hot water is added and millet is added as a substitute for vermicelli and believe me, once you try it, you will add it non-stop because there is no difference in taste and the benefits are much better. ๐Ÿ’ฏ
(I use millet because it boils faster than quinoa which needs a little more time) โœ…

Bring to a boil over medium heat and add the broccoli and cauliflower, they need very little time to soften (about 10 minutes. Approximately)

    When the soup is ready and it is lukewarm, beat 1 egg and add 1 squeezed lemon, it looks richer and tastier ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Cheese pie

I promised you the recipe and now I will share it with you. I do it often for dinner or breakfast. It is very simple, there is no philosophy, and it is fast and tasty ๐Ÿ‘Œ
I call her Cheese ๐Ÿฅง

โ— Required ingredients:

4 eggs ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅš
3 small cups of oil
3 small cups of milk
6 small cups of flour
1 pastry

  • – 350 gr. Cheese

โ— Preparation:

Beat the eggs first with a fork, add the oil, milk, pastry and gradually add the flour. I mixed this mixture with a mixer so that there are no lumps, the same can be done in a blender. After it is well mixed, add the crushed cheese and I put about 350 gr. Cow cheese but I would recommend you to put sheep because the cow melts more, it is soft and you do not feel much taste while the sheep is firmer but it is still delicious ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Put the whole mixture in a greased pan, put what you want on top, I put sesame and chia seeds otherwise you can plus sunflower seeds, pumpkin, flax and the like.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 ยฐ for about half an hour until golden. Serve with yogurt, yogurt, goes well with ajvar (checked) ๐Ÿ˜Š

When someone says a cake recipe it seems like a complicated preparation BUT it does not have to mean! ๐Ÿ’ฏ

This delicious cake takes a little time and its taste is a fantasy plus it is not baked ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿ˜Š
I saw this recipe at @martinascookingg and it’s a real hit ๐Ÿ‘

Bounty cake without baking ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฅฅ
Ingredients needed:
โ— Bark:
300 grams of crushed biscuits
250 ml. Boiled cocoa
50 gr. Margarine

ะ› Phil:
600 ml. Milk
150 gr. sugar
150 gr. Coconut
100 gr. Grits

โ— Glaze:
150 gr. Cooking chocolate
100 ml. Milk
50 gr. Margarine

Preparation:
First, mix the ground biscuits with the boiled cocoa and melted margarine. Spread nicely and distribute evenly in the cake tin. (I put it in a mold with a hoop)

For the filling, first put the milk to boil with sugar, add the semolina. Boil until it thickens, then add the coconut. The whole mixture is poured on the crust and distributed.

For the glaze, put the steam to melt the chocolate, margarine and gradually add the milk and mix well so that there are no lumps. And it is poured on the second layer.
It is left to harden nicely for a few hours, and I often do it in the evening for the next day ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Macedonian pastrmajlija

Macedonian pastrmajlija is known as our traditional specialty.
There are many versions of Stip, Veles, St. Nicholas and each is beautiful in its own way. ๐Ÿ‘Œ
I have this recipe from my mother who often prepares it, it is delicious and rich and I recommend it of course.

โ— Required ingredients:
1 kg. Flour
1 fresh yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons olive or sunflower oil
400-500 ml. lukewarm water (if needed)
About 1 kg. Pork udine

  • (These pastrmajli are made with marinated udina and do not need additional spices).
  • If you take ordinary udina, there should be diced in the evening together with spices, e.g. salt, black pepper, red pepper or at least 3 4 hours the same day to receive from the spices. * It can be made with chicken in the same way.

โ— Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast with a little lukewarm water with a teaspoon of sugar, add the flour slowly, salt, oil and knead without leaving the yeast to rise, gradually add the lukewarm water and mix well with the rest of the flour to get a soft non-stick dough. Leave to rest for about half an hour.
Then divide it into 4 parts balls and mix them well and leave them to rest (covered).
You make a hole in the middle of each ball and stretch it with your hands in the shape of a boat or rectangle (like mine). If you can not with your hands you can stretch them with a rolling pin and shape them nicely from the sides with your fingers.

Prepared in this way, they are lined up one by one in a pan floured without oil (it collects two in a large tin) and so on top of them, the already prepared meat is lined up and pork fat is placed on each bean. Bake in a well-heated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until well browned. At the end, remove the edges, grease the edges and bake for another 5-10 minutes. If you want, then you can put a beaten egg, grated yellow cheese, it is optional who wants. I put a beaten egg on each one.
When it is ready, leave it slightly covered with a cloth.

Pizza buns baked in the oven ready in 10 minutes.

Preparation:

You take toast buns on @zitoluks, spread them with butter, put pechenitsa, olives and yellow cheese. Put a little ketchup on top, sprinkle with oregano and put them in a preheated oven until the cheese melts and the buns change color. They are eaten hot but they are beautiful and cooled and crunchy. Queen Cookies

Sometimes when we are in a race against the time of obligations, and we want to prepare something mild, there is always a simpler way if we have an idea, so I recommend these queens I would call them cookies that contain only 4 ingredients and are delicious and easy to prepare ๐Ÿ˜Š

Ingredients needed: ๐Ÿฅฅ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿช

๐ŸŒ4 bananas (medium size) preferably ripe for better mashing. 3 are enough if they are bigger.
๐Ÿฅฅ 200 gr. Coconut flour. (1 packet)
โ— 200 powdered sugar (this is the original recipe) but I put less than 100 g. Because bananas are mild enough and so I recommend you can not put them at all.
โ— 300 gr. Crushed biscuits (I put plasma)
I left very little of the biscuits to get dirty in the end.

Procedure: ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ

Mash the bananas well with a fork so that there are no lumps.
Add the biscuits, coconut and sugar (if adding). Mix the mixture well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Then you form cookies and roll them in coconut, biscuits, you can also with melted chocolate, nutella, crushed walnuts, hazelnuts and the like.

Apple Cake

I have to admit that I am not a big fan of fresh apples, it rarely happens that I take it on my own initiative, although I am aware of the benefits, but lo and behold โ€ฆ BUT because of that, inserted in cakes, I adore cakes ๐Ÿ™Š
So I got the idea to make this delicious cake cake that my mother used to make quite often and there is no owl ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Autumn cake (with apples) ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ
Ingredients needed:
4 eggs
200 gr. sugar (I put brown)
1-2 packets of vanilla sugar
250 ml. yogurt
300 g flour
1 pastry –
6 medium apples

Procedure:
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, gradually add yogurt, flour slowly, pastry. Take 3 apples (cleaned) cut into larger cubes and add to the whipped mixture.
Grease the pan with butter nicely on the sides as well.
Take the remaining apples, clean them well and cut them into crescents. Arrange first from the sides of the pan a whole circle as a fence ๐Ÿ˜Š then pour the mixture and from above arrange the moon apples one by one in a circle. (see picture on the right) Finally, pour the melted butter cake (occasionally), sprinkle with cinnamon and leave to bake for about 30-40 minutes. At 200 degrees. Once it is ready, leave it for another 10 minutes. in the oven off. The smell can be felt outside ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘Œ
It is too delicious and would perfectly serve served with a ball of vanilla ice cream. (unfortunately I did not).
